Due to the critical nature of working at Starke Global (in reference to the content being created after immense research & brainstorming), our goal is to build a team who have inter-disciplinary skills. This kind of skill-set is going to be a key in the future for youngsters aspiring to be part of a major corporations.

At Starke Global, apart from gaining exposure across 65+ categories and interacting with experts from the respective fields, candidates will also have an opportunity to attain training across 27 topics while the candidates also work with us. This OJT (On Job Training) will not only help the candidates in developing their skills prominently and but will also benefit them financially as, in case they opt to pursue studies in these topics, it would cost them a fortune (nearly Rs. 15,00,000 – 20,00,000 per annum) and it would be mostly theoretical.
